Billing questions
How is my quota increased after payment ?
Automatically, within seconds. The payment (secured by Stripe) is linked to your account through the e-mail address used at checkout — so use the same address as your Justesse account. Your usage is visible in the app, under Profile → Settings.
Can I change plans or cancel ?
Yes, at any time and with no commitment. If you cancel, your account simply returns to the free plan — your data and your accounts remain intact.
How does annual billing work ?
You pay for ten months and get twelve: 2 months free (Essentiel 390.– instead of 468.–, Pro 790.– instead of 948.–, Signature 1'490.– instead of 1'788.–). Write to us at contact@justesse.ch and we will send you the annual payment link.
What happens if I reach my monthly limit ?
Extraction pauses until the following month (nothing is lost: invoices sent by e-mail wait and are processed as soon as the quota allows). You can move up to a higher plan at any time, or write to us about a specific need.
Do the prices include VAT ?
Prices are in Swiss francs, without VAT: the publisher of Justesse is not registered for VAT (turnover below the registration threshold, art. 10 of the Swiss VAT Act) — no VAT is therefore charged or recoverable on our invoices. Payment is made by card via Stripe ; a receipt is sent to you at each billing date. If our VAT status changes, the displayed prices will be adjusted accordingly.
